This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on
Emotes.net,
a marketplace for digital emotes and downloadable content.
Due to the nature of digital products being delivered instantly,
all sales are generally considered final.
2. Digital Downloads
Emotes and other digital items are delivered immediately after purchase.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel
once the download has started or been made available.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in limited cases:
- Duplicate purchases made accidentally
- The product does not match its description
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Downloaded or accessed files
- Incorrect file choice by the buyer
- Compatibility issues not stated in the product description
