Emotes.net Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which refunds may be issued for purchases made on Emotes.net. Advertising placements are purchased directly from publishers through our marketplace. Because placements are reserved and scheduled immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Method
Approved refunds are typically issued as account credit that may be used for future advertising purchases on the platform. In some circumstances, we may issue refunds to the original payment method at our discretion.
3. First-Time Purchases
Your first purchase of an advertising placement may qualify for a refund request if:
  • You accidentally purchased duplicate placements
  • The ad placement details changed during checkout
  • The publisher failed to deliver the placement as described
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Recurring Advertising Subscriptions
Some advertising placements renew automatically (for example every 30 days). If you wish to stop a recurring campaign, you must cancel the subscription before the next billing date. Refund requests for renewed subscriptions must be submitted within 24 hours of the renewal.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued for:
  • Campaign performance (clicks, conversions, etc.)
  • Completed advertising periods
  • Ads removed due to policy violations
  • Incorrect campaign setup by the advertiser
Advertising results depend on many factors including audience, creative quality, and website traffic, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
